We don't want your personalized chocolate to be ruined by heat. During hot months you may have to choose the 2nd day air option if you are over 2 days ground from Moosie Wrapper. From Columbus, Oh-you can use the ground option for many cities for 2 days or under. See where you are on the shipping map.

We try our best to keep the candy cool while in transit. During hot months, Chocolate will be shipped in insulated cooler boxes with ice bricks. During this period , we like to limit shipping time to 2 days when we ship chocolate.

Also, please ship to address where package may be received by someone so bars are not left outside.
We try to avoid allowing candy to sit in hot trucks for an extended period of time.
During hot months, Birth orders received on Wednesday may be shipped the following Monday.
We ship by UPS and we are not responsible for delays caused by our shipper.
