How long Before My Event Should I Place My Order?	• Birth orders normally ship the next business day
	• All other orders should be sent 3-4 weeks in advance.
Rush Charge?	Rush charges are separate from shipping charges. Birth Orders do not have a rush charge
This fee is expedite your order	$20 If you need with-in 5 business days
This charge is separate from any shipping fees	$10 If you need with-in 10 business days
Designs	Any of the designs in this website can be used for any other occasion Example: A wedding design can be used for a Bat Mitzvah, birth, etc. If you have a theme in mind, please use our graphic designers to help create that special candy bar.
Fee For a Theme Design? (Any theme not shown on this website)	For orders over 100 full size bars, the design charge is FREE! Orders below 100 bars, a design fee of $25 dollars will be charged
Picture or logo	We can put a picture or logo on your order for $5 per picture. It's a one time charge for entire order not a per piece charge.
Can I Design my Own Candy Bar?	Yes you can. Send file (email or CD) high quality JPEG file, EPS, TIFF,PDF Give us art for the front only (5.44 inches x 2.75 inches)
Metallic Inks	we don't print in metallic inks only 4 color process
Can I Change Colors?	On certains designs you can, check design
Shipping to PO BOXES	No shipping to PO Boxes
What about shipping in warm weather?	We ship in cooler boxes with ice packs to keep your candy cool in the summer time. (Usually from April to October) If your shipping address is more than 2 days ground shipping from Columbus, Ohio 43221. We will ship your candy 2nd Day Air or Next day Air
Cancellation Fee?	Once an order is placed, there will be a $25 fee if you decide to cancel. If an order is printed, a printed fee wil be assessed.
